About Sandi Pressley

Being a third generation native of New Mexico has given Sandi a unique knowledge of her market area and a true love of her New Mexico homeland. Growing up as the daughter of an opera singer, she originally set her sights on a career in music. While at the University of New Mexico she began selling advertising. Sandi was so successful that it soon became clear she had found her niche in the sales profession.

Besides Sandi's incredible amount of time and hard work spent on her clients and their real estate needs, she has been a vigorous promoter of many community projects. In 1994 she founded the "Friends of APS" organization. This program provides funds for public school students in the Albuquerque area that are in need. Teachers and counselors who identify a student or school that is lacking basic education necessities, i.e. school supplies, lab fees and various other aids can directly request money from the Friends of APS fund. Sandi is also a council member and contributer of the "Art Has Heart" Scholarship Fund set up by artist Amado Pena. This scholarship fund provides artistically talented students with the ability to continue with further education in the art field. Sandi's generous donations are matched by businesses throughout the nation to allow full college scholarships to students who could not otherwise afford college. She has a passionate belief in the merits of education as a positive experience. Sandi believes that all children must be given the tools and ability to learn.
